Dear Wellness Effect® Group,
After an unusually stressful morning, I arrived at my first Wellness Effect®
session not knowing if I could even settle down long enough to enjoy the
experience. After touring the facility I said I needed the "Relax" so I could solve the issues that arose earlier in the morning.
Dr. Waldman explained that by going into a more relaxed state I would most
likely find the resources I needed. I took her advice and began my
Relaxation Session. Within minutes of beginning I found myself transported
into deep relaxation and by the end of the session I experienced finding
creative solutions to all the issues I brought in with me. What a truly
transformative experience! Everyone can benefit from this wonderful new
resource!

I few days ago my wife & I were asked to experience a session at
'Wellness Effect®'. When it was my turn, I ordered the same package as my
wife did, RELAX, so that I could give feedback from a male
perspective. I sat in the reclining chair in the center of the
room and the music & lights started. I soon realized that I forgot to
take the aroma mister with me. Although it had only been a few
seconds the music & lights were so relaxing that I decided not to try to get
up. My next big decision was whether or not to keep my eyes open as I was
getting even more relaxed. To my surprise, even with my eyes closed, I
could still tell when the light colors were changing and even could 'feel'
it. I could actually feel the warmth of the light and its calming effect
on me. I ended up keeping my eyes open about half the time to see if the
experience was different. Before I knew it, the 1/2 hour was up and I was
totally relaxed and calm. It was a great experience and I can't wait until
next time so I can try a fuller experience by also using the aroma mister.

I felt being I was being nurtured and held in a safe, sacred space. I encountered many levels of experiences! I chose the "Release" program and right away felt my body releasing something as I shed tears and felt my body become lighter! I kept my eyes open to experience the room and the colors~~enjoyed the richness of the colors and the feeling of being nourished; then closed my eyes and felt the colors vibrate deeper. I found myself using the fragrance mister at times during the session and that seemed to heighten my experience of the moment, along with inhaling the lovely scent.
